Little Foxmoor Barn is a newly converted timber framed barn with stunning views across the Surrey/Sussex Weald towards the South Downs National Park. The barn is a perfect holiday getaway for couples or families and can also be booked alongside Great Foxmoor Barn which is attached and sleeps up to 4 people.

The barn has been converted to a high standard with luxury furnishings and is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and a great base for exploring the Surrey Hills and the south coast. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/living area with exposed oak timber beams.

Ground floor: Kitchen and open plan living/dining area. W/C.

First floor: 2 x bedrooms with king size beds. Family bathroom with shower and bath.

  • Modern kitchen with induction range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher.
  • Washing machine/tumble drier in shared outbuilding.
  • Dining table and breakfast bar.
  • Open plan living area with panoramic views.
  • TV/DVD in lounge and a TV in each bedroom.
  • Under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor.

  • Hypnos beds.

  • A sauna is available in the adjacent outbuilding and can be hired for £20 per hour.

The property can be accessed by car or taxi but cannot be reached by public transport. Off-road parking for up to 2 cars.

No smoking or pets allowed.

Families & couples only. Little Foxmoor Barn is not intended as a party venue. Any bookings for weddings, single sex groups and/or groups under the age of 25 must be agreed in writing in advance before the booking is made.

The owners’ property is located next door and a public bridleway runs past the barn. The grounds are shared with Great Foxmoor Barn. Maximum occupancy: 4.

2 additional day guests are welcome between the hours of 9 am and 11 pm with advance notice of names and ages. Any further day guests must be agreed in advance of making the booking.

LENGTHS OF STAY

The length of stay will be determined by the availability on the calendar. Please note that the minimum length of stay at Little Foxmoor Barn is two nights.

RATES

The rates for this rental apply to Little Foxmoor Barn. The price of a stay will vary depending on the number of nights booked and the time of year, and can be amended at any time. However, there will be no change to the published rate once the booking has been agreed and paid for in full.
