The Tanhurst Estate Vineyard Café is open in Hither Barn every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am till 4 pm. Set in the beautiful surroundings of the estate vineyard on Leith Hill, our vineyard café provides a selection of food and beverages to suit everyone.
Wine is available by the glass or by the bottle, chilled or otherwise. Enjoy our premium range of coffees and teas, along with refreshing cold drinks and a delightful assortment of locally sourced treats, such as cakes, hot sausage rolls, bacon baps, and vegetarian options such as quiche with salad.
Our coffee is the American Espresso blend from Chimney Fire Coffee, located at Denbies Wine Estate.
OUR RANGE OF STILL AND SPARKLING WINES
Our Tanhurst Estate wines are available to purchase, by the glass, bottle or case. Choose from our Rosé, Chardonnay or Bacchus still wine or our sparkling Rosé or Classic Cuvée for something a little special!
It’s an ideal spot to savour a glass of vino and a light snack while enjoying the breathtaking views of our beautiful vineyard.
During your visit, you are able to explore our vineyard with a complimentary self-guided tour.
OUR LEITH HILL LOCATION
Moving forward we hope to be able to extend our days when the café will be open, and our focus is on welcoming cyclists and walkers.
To make your visit easy, we’ve placed directional signs on the Estate, each featuring a QR code linking to our website for details on our location and hours. Plus signs can be found near Starveall’s Car Park and the National Trust parking area.
Tanhurst Estate is bordered by woodland in a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Surrey Hills. It is rich in wildlife and buzzing with bees, birds, bats, and butterflies, and we want to share with you this wonderful Surrey countryside.
