May is an exciting time to visit us here at Tanhurst Estate. It’s the start of a fresh new wine year and the vineyard is bursting into life and colour. Green shoots are appearing, fresh leaves are unfurling, buds are swelling and wildflowers are beginning to bloom between the rows.

On Friday 1st May we’ll begin our wine tasting and vineyard tours again. Over the course of an hour and a half you’ll discover what makes Tanhurst Estate such a special place for sustainable English winemaking.
SAMPLE A CURATED FLIGHT OF OUR FINE ARTISAN WINES
After a warm welcome and introduction, you’ll enjoy a guided scenic stroll through the vines to learn how we grow our grapes on the Leith Hill slopes. Then it will be time to take your seat for a relaxed and tutored tasting, where you’ll sample a curated flight of our fine artisan wines along with some delicious pairing bites.

Our vineyard tour and tasting experience takes place every Friday and Sunday at 4pm. With a mix of winemaking, wildlife, woodland and wonderful views, it’s the perfect treat for nature and wine lovers alike.
