This Rosé is one of the best expressions of our young vines. It is a blend of Pinot Noir clones from our estate with reminiscences of the pale colour of the grapes.
Crisp and moreish on the palate, the same as on the nose, it expresses notes of peach, pomegranate and wild strawberries in an elegant and refreshing balance. Juicy in the mouth with a mineral texture, ideal to pair with delicate vegetables, salads, seafood, or a variety of Mediterranean pasta, fruits and cheese.
