WINE WALK 2026
On Friday 27th June, a group of wine enthusiasts laced up their walking boots to take part in the Wine Walk 2026, a fundraising event in support of Guildford Philanthropy and the vital work it does across the local community.
The walkers began their journey at Greyfriars Vineyard, before making their way to Albury Vineyard, and finally finishing at Tanhurst Estate Vineyard, where they were rewarded with a well-earned glass of sparkling wine after a day of walking through the glorious Surrey Hills.
GUILDFORD PHILANTHROPY
For the past 12 years, Guildford Philanthropy has supported more than 35 local charities across the Borough of Guildford. Through targeted grants, the organisation helps tackle social inequality by focusing on education, employment, carers, skills and social enterprise. These grants provide much-needed funding to charities supporting those most vunerable, helping bridge funding gaps while creating opportunities that broaden horizons, educate and inspire.
We were delighted to play a small part in this fantastic fundraising initiative by welcoming the walkers at the finish line and raising a glass to celebrate their achievement.
