This white wine is our first single barrel oak Chardonnay. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from our estate, grown on the slopes of Leith Hill.
With fragrant notes of white fig, melon and apricot, delicately nutty on the nose with hints of Jasmine. Fresh on the palate with a mineral complexity, subtle notes of hazelnut, white chocolate, makes it a wine that goes perfectly with food. Ideal to pair with salads, grilled vegetable, lightly spiced white meat, charcuteries and seafood.
